On Ramp Program — Any new member that signs up with CrossFit Holly Springs and is new to CrossFit will be required to attend Three (3) one-on-one sessions with a coach, before entering a regularly scheduled class. This will leave you informed, motivated, and eager to start. (by appointment only)
Core Program – Coach-led class environment with unique programming each day utilizing the core movements of CrossFit. Each class is designed to last one hour including time for warm-up, technique and strength work as well as the planned WOD.
Performance Program – Our performance program is designed for the more experienced CrossFit Athletes who wish to put more time and effort into their training. These sessions last approximately 2.5 hours, with longer strength, accessory work, and METCONs than the core CrossFit classes.
